Fall Leaves on the ground and in the air

This Sunday we went for a chilly afternoon walk. It was sunny but oh, so cold. Yet, towards the end of the walk we found some leaves and stopped to enjoy them. The saying goes something about "stop to smell the roses." With kids there aren't many roses to smell. There are leaves to throw, sticks to pick up and mail boxes to climb. We try to go for a walk every day. I love my time outside with these boys and it really makes me forget about the rest of the world for a while.
